Synthetic seismograms of the Galabat-3 well were generated in order to identify and pick the reflectors in seismic sections. In this paper, we present a novel method for image data encryption that combines chaotic maps with linear feedback shift registers in two stages. In the first stage, the image is divided into two parts.
