Background: pain is frequently listed among initial symptoms of MS or an occurring in the course of the disease.
Patients and Methods: one hundred thirty MS patients diagnosed according to Macdonald's criteria compared with 115 matched age and sex control were interviewed about pain Neuropathic, somatic and headache.
Results: Neuropathic pain was significantly higher in MS than control group, while LLD and ARP were of no significance difference between two groups. For somatic pain there was significant increase in MS.
Conclusion: pain is common in MS especially LLD. There is no significant difference between pain subtypes and duration of disease and FS, EDSS.

This study aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy, the two most commonly used transurethral lithotripsy methods for treating bladder stones in children in Iraq. Between January 2013 and December 2016, 64 children with bladder stones were included in this prospective randomized study, after ethical committee approval and written consent from the children’s parents or caregivers were obtained. The results show that the sample obtained has good crystallinity, 396m²/g BET surface area, and 0.35 cm³/g pore volume. The hydroisomerization activity of (0.25)Pt (1)Zr (0.5)W/SAPO-11 catalyst was determined using n-decane and base oil. All hydroisomerization experiments of n-decane were achieved at a fixed bed plug flow reactor at a temperature range of 200-275°C and  LHSV 0.5-2h^-1.  The results show that the n-decane conversion increases with increasing temperature and decreasing LHSV, the maximum conversion of 66.7 % was achieved at temperature 275°C and LHSV of 0.5 h^-1
