In this paper, we derived mathematical formulas for the reliability of the stress – strength model that follows Rayleigh Pareto (Rayl. – Par) distribution. Here, the model has a single component, where strength Y is subjected to a stress X, represented by moment, reliability function, restricted behavior, and ordering statistics. Fluid flow properties and heat transfer characteristics are studied for aqueous ionic nanofluids through a vertical microtube of a constant radius.      In this study, a preliminary economic feasibility study of the project of wind power at the site of Al-Shehabi (Wasit-Iraq) was conducted using measured wind data at altitudes of 10, 30, 50 and 52 m per 10 minutes. For the purpose of comparison, data from NASA were used at the same location at 50 m height. The main advantage of assembly language is that: it is much faster to code and the mnemonics makes it easier for the user to remember the instruction. The purpose of this paper is to improve the monitor process for didactic microcomputer ELWE MPF-1 by appending new powerful commands (MOVE, FILL, SEARCH and COMPARE) to the existing monitor to make it more useful and flexible. 8085 assembly language is used to execute this program. The procedure utilizes the triangular membership function to treat the real data, which were collected from Baghdad Soft Drinks Company in Iraq.
