In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar. The present study provides a new insight into valuable information on the diverse structure of the Anisakid population and discusses the limited species richness in the Nemipterus japonicus (Bloch,1791) (Perciformes, Nemiperidae). The fishing area consists of various locations in the Arabian Gulf (29°58 0 33 00 N48°28 0 20 E). A total of 315 marine fish were examined, (n=287) were infected. New ligands, N1, N4-bis (benzo[d]thiazol-2- ylcarbamothioyl) succinamide (L1) and N1, N4- bis (benzylcarbamothioyl)succinamide (L2), derived from succinyl chloride and 2-amino benzothiazole or benzylamine, respectively, have been used to prepare a set of transition metal complexes with the general formula [M2(L)Cl4], where L=L1 or L2, M = Mn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Zn(II) or Hg(II). The synthesized compounds were characterized using various analytical techniques including TGA, 13C NMR, mass spectroscopy, 1H and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, magnetic measurement, molar conductivity, electronic spectrum, (%M, %C, %H, %N) and atomic absorption flame (AAF) analysis.
