Semantic Mapping of Urban Mobile Mapping LiDAR Using Panoramic OCR and Geometric Back-Projection
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a deterministic system that combines textual semantic data from panoramic images with LiDAR point clouds in a mobile mapping setup. Urban scenes often include textual elements, such as signs and business names, that provide key details typically missing from LiDAR-based urban digital twins. The presented method uses deep learning-based OCR to extract text from street panoramas and then categorizes it into urban types using a rule-based classifier. Text regions are geometrically projected into the LiDAR environment by converting image coordinates into viewing rays that intersect LiDAR surfaces, such as facades. Data from multiple panoramas are merged with confidence-weighted spatial clustering to produce consistent semantic markers for urban features. Extracted business names enable text-based searches of the LiDAR point cloud, allowing facility location by category, keyword, or brand. Tests on datasets from European and U.S. cities support plausible facade-level localization and demonstrate the framework’s ability to enhance LiDAR point clouds with searchable semantic information. The main contribution is not a new standalone OCR or LiDAR-processing algorithm, but a deterministic multimodal integration framework that combines deep-learning OCR, geometric back-projection, and cross-view spatial fusion to convert street-level textual cues into reliable, queryable 3D semantic markers within mobile-mapping LiDAR data.

Urban wetlands and their impact on city sustainability
...Show More Authors

Urban wetlands are one of the complex systems that provide many economic, social and environmental services to the city. In this research, the most important services provided by urban wetlands from the point of view of the urban planner were reviewed, and the types of these lands and their divisions according to the type of services provided by each type were presented. Environmental is represented in its ability to reduce the dangers of floods, mitigate the climate and reduce its negative impacts, purify water and deplete a lot of suspended impurities and pollutants, and social services such as recreational areas and beautiful landscapes that inspire joy and reassurance in the soul, as well as cultural areas and sports activities for m

Evaluation Of Electromagnetic Pollution Of Cellular Mobile Network
...Show More Authors

Wireless communications are characterized by their fastest growth in history, as they used ever-evolving and renewed technologies, which have allowed them to spread widely. Every day, communication technology introduces a new invention with features that differ from its predecessor. Bell Laboratories first suggested mobile wireless communication services to the general population in the late 1940s. Still, it wasn't easy at that time to use on a large scale due to its high costs. This paper aims to describe the state of cellular mobile networks; by comparing the sources of electromagnetic pollution caused by these networks, measure the level of power density in some residential areas, and compare them with international standards adopted in

The No Mobile Phone Phobia or Nomophobia notion is referred to the psychological condition once humans have a fear of being disconnected from mobile phone connectivity. Hence, it is considered as a recent age phobia that emerged nowadays as a consequence of high engagement between people, mobile data, and communication inventions, especially the smart phones. This review is based on earlier observations and current debate such as commonly used techniques that modeling and analyzing this phenomenon like statistical studies. All that in order to possess preferable comprehension concerning human reactions to the speedy technological ubiquitous. Accordingly, humans ought to restrict their utilization of mobile phones instead of prohibit

Path Planning Control for Mobile Robot
...Show More Authors

Autonomous motion planning is important area of robotics research. This type of planning relieves human operator from tedious job of motion planning. This reduces the possibility of human error and increase efficiency of whole process.

This research presents a new algorithm to plan path for autonomous mobile robot based on image processing techniques by using wireless camera that provides the desired image for the unknown environment . The proposed algorithm is applied on this image to obtain a optimal path for the robot. It is based on the observation and analysis of the obstacles that lying in the straight path between the start and the goal point by detecting these obstacles, analyzing and studying their shapes, positions and

MODELING CITY PULSATION VIA MOBILE DATA
...Show More Authors

In this study, the mobile phone traces concern an ephemeral event which represents important densities of people. This research aims to study city pulse and human mobility evolution that would be arise during specific event (Armada festival), by modelling and simulating human mobility of the observed region, depending on CDRs (Call Detail Records) data. The most pivot questions of this research are: Why human mobility studied? What are the human life patterns in the observed region inside Rouen city during Armada festival? How life patterns and individuals' mobility could be extracted for this region from mobile DB (CDRs)? The radius of gyration parameter has been applied to elaborate human life patterns with regards to (work, off) days for

Abstract
Chapters of this research are discussed one of the turning points in the In the history of sculpture, which sparked a debate in artistic circles, namely the introduction of the actual movement in sculpture . The researcher highlighted on one of the corners of the controversy on this subject for discussion and looking in and Found results contribute to answer some questions . the Beginning been allocated to the statement of this Research Methodology , research problem, and its importance, and its goal, and borders , the main problem is Lack of clarity of the concept of real motion (physical) in the sculpture , And how the audience understand the aspects

PROGRESSIVE SEMANTIC PHONO-GRAMMAR: PRINCIPLES OF THE ARABIC PHONO-STRUCTURE
...Show More Authors

The article gives the analysis of an Arabic root-form from the standpoint of progressive phono-semantics and phono-grammar. Within the framework of this linguistic paradigm the theory of sound association with its meaning is confirmed owning to the Arabic word structure. According to the combination of definite root forms consonants the principles of progressive phono-grammar of the Arabic language are exercised. The sound quantitative changes of root consonants are also the result of progressive semantic phono-grammar.

Measuring of Subjective and Objective Aesthetics in Planning and Urban Design
...Show More Authors

The article includes the concept of aesthetics through what has been dealt with in the literature by philosophers and researchers who have addressed this concept in an attempt to derive indicators of aesthetics. The article adopted a descriptive and analytical methodology by reviewing recent literature on the concept of aesthetics and its relation to urban planning and design issues. Many subjective and objective aesthetics indicators have been identified, some of which are classified under real aesthetics, and some under fake aesthetics. The indicators were applied to the Kufa Mosque complex and Sahla Mosque complex as a comparative case study. It was found that the indicators of real aesthetics have a higher weight in determining
