Colorectal cancer CRC is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in males and the second in female, so it is a common and life-threatening disease serum of 48 males and 40 females suffering from CRC disease as group one (G1) without taking a chemotherapy dose, the same patients group tow (G2) after taking the first chemotherapy dose, while group three (G3) whose patients in (G1) and (G2) after second taking a chemotherapy dose. and group four (G4) consist of (30 males and 30 females) healthy Iraqi control. Results showed a significant increase in IL-17, IL-17RA and CEA in G1, while there was a significant decrease in vitamin D concentration in G1 than other groups, also there was positive (+ ve) significant correlation between IL-17 and CE

The present work initiated to eaIuate the efficiency of Al-Rustamivah sewage treatment plant
as reflected by the quality of final effluent that is thrown to Di ala river. Weekly samples of
wastewater and final effluent were collected between November 1994 and end of January
1995 and analyzed for different chemical and biological features. Results ha e inidicated that
Al-Rustamiyah sewage treatment plant could not be able efficiently to purify the raw sewage.

   The present study aimed to investigate the morphological description and histological structure of kidney in adult albino mice (Mus musculus), The anatomical study revealed that the kidney in albino mice is represented by bean-like shape, smooth with red to brown color, It is situated within the anterior half of abdominal cavity under the diaphragm on both sides of vertebral column. The kidney is covered by capsule of loose connective tissue with mean thickness of (9.6±0.5) micrometer. Histological examination revealed that albino mice kidney tissue differentiated into cortex and medulla, the cortex contains glomeruli with mean diameter of (50.5±1.9) micrometer densely distributed at the peripheral area of the cortex ,
