This study has paved the way for clarifying the concept of necessity, clarifying the rhetorical component and the linguistic component, with mentioning the types of necessity in Naguib Mahfouz’s novels and stories, a procedural application of his texts, which were interconnected and woven texts, aiming to deliver a specific message to the reader, without feeling a bit bored, and reaching the recipient In a distinctive artistic manner, and the consistency between the words that led to an excellent mixture, which was produced by Naguib Mahfouz from novels and texts that express the reality of social and political life.

The article discusses the spatial analysis of the chemical soil properties that is a key component of the agriculture ecosystem based on satellite images. The main objective of the present study is to measure the chemical soil properties (total dissolved salts (TDS), Electrical conductivity (EC), PH, and) and the spatial variability. This study presents the design of flash-lamps for pumped solid-state lasers. In this research have been study some of characters for flash lamp. The optimum pressure operation is found using different flash lamps about (600-4000) mbar. In conclusion, it was shown that the increase in pressure due to improve efficiency of radiation and decrease of temperature. Also this study illustrated the reason of decrease temperature is atomic number and due to increase of radiation efficiency.
This study aims to (1) identify the level of job enrichment and organizational cynicism among workers in some youth and sport forums, and (2) identify the influence the job enrichment in the organizational cynicism from their perspective. A descriptive survey was used to guide this study. The study included 478 workers who were randomly selected from the youth and sport forums in Baghdad City in 2019. The Job Enrichment Scale and the Organizational Cynicism Scale were used. Data were analyzed using the statistical package for social science, version 26.
