Abstract

Personality is one of the most important elements that should be developed in university student. Thus, we have to develop the positive traits and neutralize the negative traits of students as well as we have to pay attention to the level of student achievement at the same time, the researcher designed a scale to measure the traits of study sample. Abstract
This study aims to evaluated the user satisfaction of retrieval services
concerning to universities thesis and dissertations in university dissertation
unit of Baghdad Library for achieving the following objectives:
1- Evaluating the performance of this unit (thesis unit of Baghdad University
Library) regarding to users opinion.
2- Recognizing the reasons in this unit behind the case of non satisfaction of
its users and trying to find the suitable solutions.
To achieve those two objectives, the questionnaire tool was performed
and determined the user's satisfaction level by using a sample survey. 1118
graduated students were subjected to this experiment. The following main

The research aims:
1- To know the intemperance use of the internet by the University's students.
2- To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the gender's inconstant ( Males-females).
3- To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the Major's inconstant ( scientific- humanistic)
This current research restricts a sample of the university students for both sexes.
Theoretical frame:
The research viewed several theories that explains intemperance use of the internet & the results.
