This work includes synthesis of new heterocyclic derivatives of 2-mercpto-3-phenyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone bearing 1, 2, 4-triazole and acetylenic amines moieties by using two ways. The first way includes reaction of 2-mercpto-3-phenyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone (1) with ethyl-2-bromopropanoate in methanol as solvent to gives ester derivative (2). Then, compound (2) was converted to (hydrazide, simecarbazid, phenylsimecarbazide and thiosimecarbazide) derivatives through its reactions with (hydrazine hydrate, simecarbazid, phenylsimecarbazide and thiosimecarbazide) respectively to give compounds (3-6). Finally, the cyclization of compounds (4-6) in alkaline media (4N-NaOH) gave the corresponding substituted triazole derivatives (7-9) respectively. W

Our aim in this paper is to introduce the notation of nearly primary-2-absorbing submodule as generalization of 2-absorbing submodule where a proper submodule  of an -module  is called nearly primary-2-absorbing submodule if whenever , for , , ,  implies that either  or  or . This study is to evaluate plasma levels of several cytokines in preeclamptic pregnancies compared to those of healthy pregnancies. Ninety pregnant women with preeclampsia (37 mild & 53 severe) and thirty healthy pregnant women were enrolled in the study. Blood samples were taken and plasma levels of IL-8, IL-10, and IFN-? were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Preeclamptic women and their severe cases but not mild cases had significantly (P<0.05) increased levels of plasma IL-8, and IFN-? as compared with healthy pregnancies. Optimized structures of [8]circulene have saddle-shaped. Design of six carbon nanotubes reactions were done by thermodynamically calculating (Δ S, Δ G and Δ H) and the stability of these hypothetical nanotubes depending on the value of HOMO energy level. A series of lanthanide metal (???) complexes have been prepared from the new azo ligand, 3-(1-methyl-2-benzimidazolylazo)-Tyrosine (MBT). The structural feature were confirmed on the basis of their elemental analysis, metal content, molar conductance, magnetic measurement, FTIR, 1 HNMR and UV-Vis spectra studies. The isolated complexes were found to have a mole ratio (1:2) (metal:ligand) stoichiometry with the general formula [Ln(MBT)2]Cl (Ln(???) = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu and Gd). The chelates were found to have octahedral structures.
