Abstract

The current research aims to identify the negotiation behavior of administrative teachers, as well as to identify the significance of the differences in negotiation behavior according to the variables (gender, scientific title, length of service). After confirming the psychometric characteristics of (20) items, the researchers applied the scale to (400) male and female administrative teaching staff who were randomly selected from the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2021/2022. Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role of family upbringing methods in shaping adolescent gender identity disorder, to identify the causes, components, and disorders of the gender identity of adolescents, and to develop practical visions and suggestions to reduce and stop gender identity disorder completely. Due to the sensitivity of the topic, a questionnaire of five open-ended questions was posted on Facebook to collect the needed data, where (20) respondents answered these questions. The research aims to identify the level of emotional reassurance and level of family climate at
the students of kindergarten Department.

The two researchers built a measure of emotional reassurance and consisting of (26) items and
the scale of family climate consisting of (30 ) items .
The applied Statistical methods:
The two researchers used the statistical bag spss and they used t-test and Pearson correlation
coefficient and analysis of variance and Alpha -Cronbach .
The results showed : The students of kindergarten Department have a high level of
emotional reassurance and good family climate and there is a relationship between emotional
reassurance and family climate .

The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood.
