In this paper, some necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the oscillatory of all solutions of the first order impulsive neutral differential equations. Also, some results in the references have been improved and generalized. New lemmas are established to demonstrate the oscillation property. Special impulsive conditions associated with neutral differential equation are submitted. Some examples are given to illustrate the obtained results.

The regions around the world need to perform their results based on the local geoid. However, each region has different ground topography based on the amount of gravity in this region. Nowadays, the recent global Earth's gravity model of 2008 is successfully used for different purposes in geosciences research. This research presents an overview of the preliminary evaluation results of the new Earth Gravitation Model (EGM08) in the middle of Iraq. For completeness, the evaluation tests were also performed for EGM96 by examining 31 stations distributed over four Iraqi provinces.   A factorial experiment was conducted at the laboratories of the College of Agriculture – Kerbala University during 2016. The aim was inhibitory efficiency for some aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Cumin, Fenugreek, Sweet Fennel and Black cumin in growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Results of Lab the extracts alcoholic, Concentrations 10, and 20 μg/ml giving to the highest percentage of inhibition from water extracts for both types of bacteria. The study is concern on determine the effect of different temperatures (25, 28, 30 and 370C), and different pH values (4.5, 5.5, 6 and 8) on the radial growth (mm) of 15 dermatophyte isolates (Microsporum canis 7, Trichophyton rubrum 5, Trichophyton mentagropyhtes 3). The specimens for the current study were collected from nail infections in patients with different type of leukemia whom admitted at Baghdad Educational Hospital, 7th floor. The result revels that the optimum temperature for radial growth was 300C then 280C for all isolates, while the optimum pH for all isolates was 6.

     Link failure refers to the failure between two connections/nodes in a perfectly working simulation scenario at a particular instance. Transport layer routing protocols form an important basis of setting up a simulation, with Transmission Control Protocol and User Datagram Protocol being the primary of them.
