Most recognition system of human facial emotions are assessed solely on accuracy, even if other performance criteria are also thought to be important in the evaluation process such as sensitivity, precision, F-measure, and G-mean. Moreover, the most common problem that must be resolved in face emotion recognition systems is the feature extraction methods, which is comparable to traditional manual feature extraction methods. This traditional method is not able to extract features efficiently. In other words, there are redundant amount of features which are considered not significant, which affect the classification performance. In this work, a new system to recognize human facial emotions from images is proposed. The HOG (Histograms of Oriented Gradients) is utilized to extract from the images. In addition, the Binarized Genetic Algorithm (BGA) is utilized as a features selection in order to select the most effective features of HOG. Random Forest (RF) functions as a classifier to categories facial emotions in people according to the image samples. The facial human examples of photos that have been extracted from the Yale Face dataset, where it contains the eleven human facial expressions are as follows; normal, left light, no glasses, joyful, centre light, sad, sleepy, wink and surprised. The proposed system performance is evaluated relates to accuracy, sensitivity (i.e., recall), precision, F-measure (i.e., F1-score), and G-mean. The highest accuracy for the proposed BGA-RF method is up to 96.03%. Besides, the proposed BGA-RF has performed more accurately than its counterparts. In light of the experimental findings, the suggested BGA-RF technique has proved its effectiveness in the human facial emotions identification utilizing images.
The Internet is providing vital communications between millions of individuals. It is also more and more utilized as one of the commerce tools; thus, security is of high importance for securing communications and protecting vital information. Cryptography algorithms are essential in the field of security. Brute force attacks are the major Data Encryption Standard attacks. This is the main reason that warranted the need to use the improved structure of the Data Encryption Standard algorithm. This paper proposes a new, improved structure for Data Encryption Standard to make it secure and immune to attacks. The improved structure of Data Encryption Standard was accomplished using standard Data Encryption Standard with a new way of two key gene
... Show MoreMost heuristic search method's performances are dependent on parameter choices. These parameter settings govern how new candidate solutions are generated and then applied by the algorithm. They essentially play a key role in determining the quality of the solution obtained and the efficiency of the search. Their fine-tuning techniques are still an on-going research area. Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm is a very powerful optimization method and has become popular in many fields. Based on the prolonged research work on DE, it is now arguably one of the most outstanding stochastic optimization algorithms for real-parameter optimization. One reason for its popularity is its widely appreciated property of having only a small number of par
... Show MoreJPEG is most popular image compression and encoding, this technique is widely used in many applications (images, videos and 3D animations). Meanwhile, researchers are very interested to develop this massive technique to compress images at higher compression ratios with keeping image quality as much as possible. For this reason in this paper we introduce a developed JPEG based on fast DCT and removed most of zeros and keeps their positions in a transformed block. Additionally, arithmetic coding applied rather than Huffman coding. The results showed up, the proposed developed JPEG algorithm has better image quality than traditional JPEG techniques.
This research is one of the public research aimed at identifying the communication habits and the implications of the content on the communication process, especially as the audience of specialized media is often characterized by effectiveness, depth and active in tracking the media message and interaction with its content. It means such audience is a positive, very active, dynamic, and very alert audience driven by his interests and psychological needs to watch specific programs meet his desires.
This satisfaction can only be achieved through the use of specialized media capable of producing programs that will communicate and interact between the ideas you present and this audience.

... Show MoreThe researchers have a special interest in studying Markov chains as one of the probability samples which has many applications in different fields. This study comes to deal with the changes issue that happen on budget expenditures by using statistical methods, and Markov chains is the best expression about that as they are regarded reliable samples in the prediction process. A transitional matrix is built for three expenditure cases (increase ,decrease ,stability) for one of budget expenditure items (base salary) for three directorates (Baghdad ,Nineveh , Diyala) of one of the ministries. Results are analyzed by applying Maximum likelihood estimation and Ordinary least squares methods resulting
