This study describes the preparation of tetradentate Schiff base derived from the condensation of 2-Hydroxy naphthaldehyde with 2-amine benzhydrazide and the synthesis of new complexes series with a good yield.The prepared ligand was characterized using a microanalysis technique, UV-visible, FT-IR, nuclear magnetic resonance ¹H-NMR, mass spectrometry, thermal gravimetric analysis TGA, and the addition of conductivity measurement and magnetic moment of complexes.     The objective of this paper is, firstly, we study a new concept noted by algebra and discuss the properties of this concept. Secondly, we introduce a new concept related to the algebra such as smallest algebra. Thirdly, we introduce the notion of the restriction of algebra on a nonempty subset  of and investigate some of its basic properties. Furthermore, we present the relationships between field, monotone class, field and algebra.        The present study conducted on 30 female patients with osteoarthritis OA a attending Baghdad teaching hospital, in addition to 30 healthy females, all subjects were (35-65) year's old .Parameters were measured in the sera of patients group and healthy groups were interleukin -8 (IL-8) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).The results revealed a higher significant in all parameters of patients sera compared to healthy groups.
