Background: Insulin resistance is present in 50% or more of patients with primary hypothyroidism. Metformin can decrease TSH levels in these patients by a complex matter, this can be of great help in clinical practice.

Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of metformin in reducing TSH levels in patients with primary hypothyroidism.

Aims of the study: The study was carried out to determine the effect of weight status of the child and gender on the number of deciduous teeth erupted in the oral cavity. Material and method: A children from the age 12 months -35 months attending Specialist Health Center and children of Nursery in Al-Khadraa, and nursery in Al- Aadamyia and Hay-Heteen.       In this paper, we introduce and study the notation of approximaitly quasi-primary submodules of a unitary left -module  over a commutative ring  with identity. This concept is a generalization of prime and primary submodules, where a proper submodule  of an -module  is called an approximaitly quasi-primary (for short App-qp) submodule of , if , for , , implies that either  or , for some . Many basic properties, examples and characterizations of this concept are introduced.

Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M be a unitary R- module. We shall say that M is a primary multiplication module if every primary submodule of M is a multiplication submodule of M. Some of the properties of this concept will be investigated. The main results of this paper are, for modules M and N, we have M N and HomR (M, N) are primary multiplications R-modules under certain assumptions.
