Objective: To evaluate the psychological work environment's effect on the workers’ productivity in Baghdad
City industries at Al-Rusafa and Al-Karkh Sectors.
Methodology: A descriptive evaluation design is employed throughout the present study from May 25th 2012

workers from industries at AL-Russafa and AL-Kerch sectors in Baghdad City. A questionnaire is constructed to

The design, construction and investigation of experimental study of two compound parabolic concentrators (CPCs) with tubular absorber have been presented. The performance of CPCs have been evaluated by using outdoor experimental measurements including the instantaneous thermal efficiency. The two CPCs are tested instantly by holding them on a common structure. Many tests are conducted in the present work by truncating one of them in three different levels. In this paper we report the use of supersonic jet laser induced fluorescence (LIF) spectroscopy to facilitate the study of the spectra of some organometallic sandwich compounds particularly the metallocenes.
