This study was included the isolation of four strains from two species of lactic acid bacteria which as Lactococcus lactis subsp. diacetylactis; Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis; Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris, were isolated from locally fermented diary products. The isolated were identified by using morphological, cultural and biochemical tests. Their abilities to producing flavor compounds as each Diacetyl and Acetoin after cultured on MRS broth media and incubation at 30 °c for 24 hours. Children who have a health problem need special requirements for their clothes. The purpose of the study is to design functional and aesthetic clothes to meet their needs. The research used the applied descriptive approach. The research sample comprised 120 women whose children suffered from hip dislocation. Designs for injured children presented and submitted to the arbitrators for evaluation regarding the functional and aesthetic aspects. The finding was achieving the design solutions. The most important recommendations are to increase attention to designing clothes to suit all the needs of society.

total of 17 Escherichia coli isolates were collected from urine specimens of patients with urinary tract infection. Antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that amikacin followed by chloramphenicol and ciprofloxacin are the most effective antibiotics. Twenty four bacterial isolates were identified from (10) places for wandering sellers in south Baghdad city (Bayaa garage). They were Staphylococcus aureus (9 isolates), Bacillus subtilis (6 isolates), Salmonella spp. (4 isolates) and Psudomonas aeruginosa (5 isolates). Agar well diffusion method was used to definition sensitivity of the fresh and dried juice of Capsicum grossum L. and Allium cepal L. at different concentrations. The fresh juice had no inhibitory activity against the bacterial isolates in contrast to the fresh juice , dried juice which show marked activity against all bacterial isolates at (30) mg/ml.
