Indole acetic acid (IAA) produced from F. oxysporum (F2) was purified by several steps included extraction by cold ethyl acetate ; Column chromatography using silica gel and TLC chromatography . The pure indole acetic acid (IAA) which produce by F. oxysporum (IAA) was tested by ultraviolet spectra at (200-300)nm ; and appear that the maximum absorbance at 229nm , the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) used to test the purity of the indole acetic acid and the results showed one peak at appearance time 3.822 min
Background: Kocuria kristinae (earlier known as Rothia kristinae) is a relatively new opportunistic pathogen responsible for ear infections. The ability of this organism to form biofilms increases its resistance to therapy and promotes the development of antimicrobial resistance, necessitating new treatment methods. Objective: To assess the effect of 3-caffeoylquinic acid on K. kristinae isolated from patients with ear infections. Methods: Isolation of five clinical strains was done by conventional microbiological procedures. The ability of K. kristinae to form biofilms was determined by the crystal violet method (absorbance at OD₅₇₀) before and after 3-caffeoylquinic acid exposure; statistical data analysis was done using a

Show MoreThis work is based on the synthesis of Cobalt(II) and Cadmium(II) mixed-ligands compounds obtained from the reaction of N'-(4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl)-hydrazine carbodithioic acid methyl ester as a ligand and using ethylendiamine (en), 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as a co-ligand. The synthesis of ligand (HL) was based on multi-steps synthetic procedure. The reaction of 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl chloride with hydrazine gave 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoic acid hydrazide. This compound was reacted with carbon disulfide and potassium hydroxide in methanol to yield N'-(4-methylsulfanylbenzoyl)-hydrazine potassium thiocarbamate, which upon reaction with methyl iodide resulted in the formation of the ligand. A range of physico-chem

In order to overcome these problems, immediate implant placement in the fresh extraction socket was introduced. The Aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome of the immediate implant placement utilizing Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA) to quantify implant stability and osseointegration. Materials and Methods: A total of (23) patients participated in the study, receiving (44) implants placed in the sockets of teeth indicated for extraction. Clinical and radiographic preoperative assessment was accomplished for each patie

The influencing factors and kinetics of polymerization, viscosity performance were studied and quantum chemical calculations were used to identify the correlation between the structure and properties. It was determined that the polymerization rate of the examined monomers in an aqueous solution, in the presence of DAA, adheres to the standard rules for radical polymerization of acrylamide monomers in solution. An investigation into the pH solution's impact on the kinetics of radical polymerization of acrylamido-N-methyle

The prepared compounds were analyzed by flame atomic absorption, (C.H.N.) analysis, and FTIR, UV-Vis, and mass spectroscopy, as well as conductivity measurement and magnetic susceptibility studies. Based on the combined analytical data, the prepared complexes were proposed to adopt an octahedral geometry. Our technique is based on improving the image before applying contours detection to reduce heavy noise and get better image quality. To perform that, we combine many pre-processing techniques (filtering, morphological operations, and contrast adjustment) to avoid unclear edges and enhance low contrast of echocardiograph images, after implementing these techniques we can get legible detection for heart boundaries and valves movement by traditional edge detection methods.
