compared with wells at Alfalluja region, Alanbar province west of Iraq. Five wells were
selected randomly at each of the two regions to measure several factors represented by

(Mg),Total Hardness (TH), Carbonate (Co3),Chloride (Cl), Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO3)
Phosphate (PO4) Sulfate (So4), in addition to the heavy metals such as Chromium (Cr),
Cadmium (Cd) Lead (Pb) & Iron (Fe). The mean concentration of the above factors in water
of wells at the above regions had been measured during the period from April to September
(2010).

The aim of the current study is the investigation of tensile behavior of the semi - crystalline polymers : polypropylene (PP ) , high density polyethylene(HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) .       In this research, a variable stiffness actuator is proposed to enhance the damping of the mechanical vibrating system. The frequency response analysis of the vibrating system is dependant in order to analyze and synthesis this semi-active damping, where the suggested process is using active filter to estimate the present frequency of the vibration system, and this will limit the value of the stiffness of the vibrated system.
