The effect of 532nm Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) laser at power density of 5.234 W/cm2 on the growth of Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated. These bacteria were isolated from samples taken from burn and infected wound areas of 55 patients admitted to the burn-wound unit in Al-Kindy teaching hospital in Baghdad during the period from October 2012 to March 2013. Each isolate was identified using microscopic, cultural and biochemical methods. A standard bacterial suspension was prepared for each isolate. The current study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the student in mathematics and possible proposals to address these difficulties. The depth of causative source of gravity is one of the most important parameter
of gravity investigation. Present study introduces the theoretical solve of the
intersection point of the horizontal and vertical gradients of gravity anomaly. Two
constants are obtained to estimate the depth of causative source of gravity anomaly,
first one is 1.7807 for spherical body and the second is 2.4142 for the horizontal
cylinder body. These constants are tested for estimating the depth of three actual
cases and good results are obtained. It is believed that the constants derived on
theoretical bases are better than those obtained by empirical experimental studies.
