This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study.      The main objective of this paper is to calculate the perturbations of tide effect on LEO's satellites . In order to achieve this goal, the changes in the orbital elements which include the semi major axis (a) eccentricity (e) inclination , right ascension of ascending nodes ( ), and fifth element argument of perigee ( ) must be employed. In the absence of perturbations, these element remain constant. The results show that the effect of tidal perturbation on the orbital elements depends on the inclination of the satellite orbit. The variation in the ratio  decreases with increasing the inclination of satellite, while it increases with increasing the time.

Membrane manufacturing system was operated using dry/wet phase inversion process. A sample of hollow fiber membrane was prepared using (17% wt PVC) polyvinyl chloride as membrane material and N, N Dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as solvent in the first run and the second run was made using (DMAC/Acetone) of ratio 3.4 w/w. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to predict the structure and dimensions of hollow fiber membranes prepared. The ultrafiltration experiments were performed using soluble polymeric solute poly ethylene glycol (PEG) of molecular weight (20000 Dalton) 800 ppm solution 25 °C temperature and 1 bar pressure.
