A general velocity profile for a laminar flow over a flat plate with zero incidence is obtained by employing a new boundary condition to the other available boundary conditions. The general velocity profile is mathematically simple and nearest to the exact solution. Also other related values, boundary layer thickness, displacement thickness, momentum thickness and coefficient of friction are nearest to the exact solution compared with other corresponding values for other researchers.

This paper is an experimental work to determinate the effect of welding velocity and formed arc energy for CO2-MAG fusion weld pool. The input parameters (arc voltage, wire feed speed and gas flow rate) were investigated to find their effects on the weld joint efficiency. Design of experiment with response surface methodology technique was used to build empirical mathematical models for welding velocity and arc energy in term of the input welding parameters. A description of the theoretical of the reorganization energies have been described  according to the outer-sphere Marcus model .It  is a given expression according this model unable to evaluate the reorganization energy for electron transfer at liquid /liquid interface. The spherical model approach have been used to  evaluate the radius of donor and acceptor liquid alternatively .Theoretical results of  the reorganization free energy for electron transfer at liquid/liquid interface system was  carried out .
