In the current research, the work concentrated on studying the effect of curvature of solar parabolic trough solar collector on wind loading coefficients and dynamic response of solar collector. The response of collector to the aerodynamic loading was estimated numerically and experimentally. The curvature of most public parabolic trough solar collectors was investigated and compared. The dynamic response of solar collector due to wind loading was investigated by using numerical solution of fluid-structure interaction concept. Pool boiling experiments have used for several concentrations of nano and micro particles on a 0.4 mm diameter nickel chrome (Ni-Cr) wire heater which is heated electrically at atmospheric pressure. Incident laser power and concentration effects on fluorescence emission from DCM dye in PMMA polymer have been investigated. Different concentrations of the dye were used. It was found that the fluorescence intensity increased with increasing of the concentration of the dye, with a red shift. In addition, it was found that the fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of the incident laser power I0.

   This work includes the  synthesis of some new five- seven heterocyclic rings derived from benzenesulfonylhydrazide as starting material. Its condensation with 4-methoxy and 4nitro benzaldehyde gives the Schiff bases (1a,b). Schiff bases were reacted with cyclic anhydrides given  Oxazepine, Thiazepine derivatives(2,3,4 a,b)(seven membered ring) and with 2-mercapto benzoic acid gives thiazine derivatives (6a,b)(six membered ring) finally with thioglycolic acid give thiazolidine ring(five membered ring) scheme(3). The synthesized compounds have been characterized by melting points,FT-IR, 1H-NMR spectroscopy ,13CNMR and Elemental analysis. some of synthesized  compounds were tested for their antibacterial activity
