The present study aimed to investigate the histology of the testis in golden hamster during 1, 28 and 60 day of old. Tissue  samples  were  processed,  sectioned  and  subjected  to  specific  stains  to  reveal histological  details. Observation of one day old showed the testicle enclosed by undifferentiated thin layer of testicle capsule which consisted of undifferentiated myoblasts and fibroblasts small size seminiferous tubules appeared, one layer of spermatogonium cells (Type-A) which revealed mitotic figures, at 28 day old the capsule was consisted of thick outer fibromuscular layer and thick inner vascular layer that revealed encouraged blood vessels and cells, Spermatogonial cells type-A & B appeared as large

In this study 100 samples were collected from infected children with acute and chronic tonsillitis who attended to Al-Yarmook Teaching Hospital (ENT consultation clinic) from 5/12/2013 to 1/3/2014. The result of laboratory culture was positive in 67 samples. Depending on their cultural, morphological and biochemical characterization of bacterial isolate of them were identified as (37.31%) belonged to Streptococcus pyogenes and the diagnosis is confirmed by the use of Remel Rapid STR System, (34.32%) belonged to S.parasanguinis, (11.94%) S.mitis, (11.94%) S.oralis and (4.47%) S.thoraltensis . This research aims to identify the means and forms of interactive communication concerning Iraqi topics on the websites of global radio stations, namely Sawa and Monte Carlo. It also seeks to uncover the editorial and artistic interactions related to Iraqi topics on the selected websites chosen as the research sample, comparing them with the editorial interaction within the Iraqi context between the Radio Monte Carlo and Sawa websites.
