Teaching through the system of personal learning, known as (Clare's plan) is amongst the most prominent plans which depend on self-education, as it received worldwide recognition. The plan lets the learner achieve learning by depending on himself after being familiar with the educational goals given to him, then he starts to solve the exercises and the drills accompanying the unit. This research has been applied on 100 children (age 4 – 6 years) from three kindergartens distributed on basis of 43 children from the college of Education for women kindergarten (A) , 27 children from the governmental Al- Mustafa kindergarten (B) , and 30 children from the private Al – Baraom kindergarten (C) . A field experiment was carried out in the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences - University of Baghdad, during the fall season of 2021 to find out which cultivated cultivars of maize are efficient under nitrogen fertilization. The experiment was applied according to an RCBD (split-plot design with three replications).
