In this research a study of some electrical properties Of (Te) thin films with(S) impurities of(1.2%) were deposited at( Ó¨=700)by thermal evaporation technique .The  thicknesses of deposited films were (1050 , 1225 , 1400 , 1575  nm) on a glass substrates of different dimensions . From X-ray diffraction spectrum, the films are polycrystalline .A study of (I-V) characteristic for thin films, the measurements of electrical conductivity (σ)and electrical resistance(R )vs. temperature( T) are done. The Nuclear structure of 110-116Cd isotopes was studied theoretically in the framework of the interacting boson model of IBM-l and IBM-2. The properties of the lowest mixed symmetry states such as the 1+, 2+ and 3+ levels produced by the IBM-2 model in the vibrational-limit U(5) of Cd - isotopes are studied in details. This analysis shows that the character of mixed symmetry of 2+ is shared between and states in 110-114Cd – isotopes, the large shar goes to s, while in isotope, the state is declared as a mixed symmetry state without sharing. The aim of this research is to study some functional properties and the antioxidant activity of cherry gum, collected from Serghaya and Suwayda in Syria, and to compare these features with those of Arabic gum. The values of the hydroxyl groups for the Arabic gum, Serghaya and Suwayda cherry gums were 757.1, 655.1 and 564.3 mg KOH/gm, respectively.
