Physical characterization of the polymer template was performed by X-ray diffraction and DSC thermal analysis. This study's objective was to identify the presence of fimbrial genes (types 1 and 3) in K. pneumoniae strains isolated from various clinical sources based on their antibiotic resistance and ability to form biofilms.
