In this study Isolated Pathogenic bacteria which causes Conjunctivitis in Children with ages between less than 3 year to17 years, admitted to Ibn Al-Haitham Eye Specialist Hospital. 102 cases were collected which include 69 Male Formed (68%) and 33 Female Formed (32%). The result of the recent study shows that the highest percentage of Male was 21% for 1113year ages and the lowest percentage was 3% for less than 3 year to 5 year ages. We studied the effect of certain environmental conditions for removing heavy metal elements from contaminated aqueous solutions (Cd, Cu, Pb, Fe, Zn, Ni, Cr) using the bacterium Bacillus subtilis to appoint the optimal conditions for removal ,The best optimum temperature range for two isolate was 30-35○C while the hydrogen number for the maximum mineral removal range was 6-7. The best primary mineral removal was 100 mg/L, while the maximum removal for all minerals was obtained after 6 hrs of Cu element time and the maximum removal efficiency was obtained after 24 hrs of Cu element. This study was designed to show the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of alcoholic extract of Borage officinalis on the Monoamine oxidase (MAO) and Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzymes in human serum. The results obtained from the study exhibited that alcoholic extract of Borage officinalis caused inhibition to enzymes activity with all concentrations of the extract.
