Mixed ligand metal complexes of CrIII, FeIII,II, NiII and CuII have been synthesized using 5-chlorosalicylic acid (5-CSA) as a primary ligand and L-Valine (L-Val) as secondary ligand. The metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, electrical conductance, magnetic susceptibility measurements and spectral studies.  The study was conducted to isolate and identify endophytic fungi from leaves and twigs of lebbeck (Albizia lebbeck) and study their antagonistic activity against some plant fungal pathogens. Results showed isolation of 75 isolate endophytic fungi from 240 segments of leaves and twigs representing colonization frequency of 47.43%. Isolated fungi included different species of Aspergillus which prevail over other species (6 species), and three different isolates of Penicillium, one more species of Paecilomyces, Drechslera, Fusarium, Curvularia, Nigrospora and hyaline sterile fungus. New substituted coumarins derivatives were synthesized by using nitration reaction to produce different nitro coumarin isomers which were separated from these isomers by using different solvent, and the reduction of nitro compounds was done to give corresponding amino coumarins. Temperature and reaction time of reaction were very important factors in determining the most productive nitro isotopes. Brucellosis is one of the five common bacterial zoonoses in the world caused by
organisms belonging to the genus Brucella. Immune recognition of bacterial
infection may contribute to cytokine, as well as antibody production that are
characteristic of innate and adaptive responses. In this study, the presence of
attenuated live Brucella melitenses Rev1 bacteria or its DNA induced the immune
system to produce IFN-γ and anti-ds DNA antibody. In respect to IFN-γ released,
the B. melitensis Rev 1 attenuated live vaccine was able to stimulate the immune
