A simple reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous analysis (separation and quantification) of furosemide (FURO), carbamazepine (CARB), diazepam (DIAZ) and carvedilol (CARV) has been developed and validated. The method was carried out on a NUCLEODUR® 100-5 C18ec column (250 x 4.6 mm, i. d.5μm), with a mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile: deionized water (50: 50 v/v, pH adjusted to 3.6 ±0.05 with acetic acid) at a flow rate 1.5 mL.min-1 and the quantification was achieved at 226 nm. If the effectiveness of the cooling method of the clinker increases, a good enhancement in the properties of Portland cement will be found. Depending on the new cooling method suggestion by Nasr et. al. [20], the counter pattern of air clinker flow was studied using (FLUENT 6.3.26).      A partial temporary immunity SIR epidemic model involv nonlinear treatment rate is proposed and studied. The basic reproduction number  is determined. The local and global stability of all equilibria of the model are analyzed. The conditions for occurrence of local bifurcation in the proposed epidemic model are established. Finally, numerical simulation is used to confirm our obtained analytical results and specify the control set of parameters that affect the dynamics of the model.
