Different garlic forms: (lobster, mashed, crushed) and their effect on quality qualities And the molecular life of the fermented cucumber and flavor

This study aimed to isolate and identifye the growth of microorganisms and
their effect on pickled cucumber and cabbage, the study also investigated the effect of
garlic (in the form of segments, chopped or crushed) on the mentioned pickled –food
features . Furthermore, a sense based comparison is made between vinegar-preserved
samples and vinegar-garlic preserved ones.
The following results have been obtained:
1- The isolation of staph. aureus alone from the samples and the study of its physical
and biochemical features.

Processing of Crispy Chicken and Studying Its Quality Properties

This investigation was carried out to examine the Processing and effect of addition of different spices on the sensory and microbial properties of the Crispy Chicken . The results revealed than that of treatments 1 (without spices control) , 3 (anise ) , 4 (Thyme) , 5 (curry) , 6 (black Pepper) , 7 ( ginger) and 10 ( garlic ) gined higher score of overall acceptance than treatment 8 ( carnation ) . The Effects of Alcoholic Extract of Ficus carica Leaves on Some Chemical and Microbiological Properties of Beef during Refrigerated Storage

     This study explored the preservative effects of the alcoholic leaves’ extract of Ficus carica plant on beef refrigerated for 15 days. Phytochemical analysis showed that the plant extract contained terpenoids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and alkaloids. Furthermore, the alcoholic extract of plants significantly reduced the total viable counts of psychrotrophic bacteria, pathogenic bacteria (Proteus, Salmonella typhimiurum, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus), and yeasts (Candida kruse, Candida lambica, and Zygosaccharomyces) isolated from meat samples, particularly at 100 and 200 mg/ml concentrations.

Some blood parameters study in albino female mice orally given crude aqueous soy bean (Glycine max) seeds extract

The possible effect of the crude aqueous extract of soy bean seeds on some blood parameters (total count of red blood cells, white blood cell , (total and differential) blood platelates, packed cell volume and concentration of blood hemoglobin) was studied in 20 albino female mice which were allocated in four experimental groups (5 mice/group). The first group was orally treated with distilled water (control group) while the second, third and fourth group were given a concentration of 4%, 6% and 8% of the extract, respectively.
