The result showed that hot water and ethanol extracts of Nigella sativa contain alkaloids ,saponins, flavonoids,tannins,glycosides,terpins and steroids. These were tested for concentrations of the pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum according to the food poisoning method.
