New 2-amino thiazole ,oxodiazole, sulphonilamide and diazin derivatives of N-(α-chloro aceto)-3-(tolyl imino)-5-bromo-2-oxo-indole(2) have been synthesized .The preparation process started by the reaction of 5-bromo isatin with P-toluidine in the presence of glacial acetic acid and dimethylformamide(DMF) as a solvent to give 3-(tolyl imino)5-bromo-1H-indole-2-one.(1), Compound (1) with sodium hydride in dimethylformamide(DMF) at 0C0 gave a suspension of the sodium salt of Schiff base derivative and subsequent reaction with monochloroacetylchloride obtained the intermediate compound(2).Compound(2) was reacted with different reagents in four routes. The first route involved direct reaction with substituted 2-aminobenzothiazole u
... Show MoreAbstract New derivatives of 1,2,4- triazole , 1,2,4-triazole -3-one and 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione were obtained through this research. Acid hydrazide derivative was present from reaction of poly acryloyl chloride with hydrazine hydrate in presence of DMF as a solvent then reacted with benzonitrile and its derivatives to give 1,2,4-triazole derivatives. After that reaction of poly acryloyl chloride with semicarbazide and semithiocarbazide to form semicarbazone and semithiocarbazone derivatives respectively. Finally, closing of semicarbazone and semithiocarbazone derivatives with 2% NaOH gave 1,2,4-triazole -3-one and 1,2,4-triazole-4-thione derivatives respectively. These new synthesized products have been characterized by infrared, 1 H-n
... Show MoreFive membered heterocyclics derivatives were synthesized in this work by three routes. The first route includes the synthesis of N-benzoic acid 1,2,3,-triazole derivatives (3),(4) by diazotation of methyl-2-amino benzoate and treating the resulted salt (1) with sodium azide and ethyl acetoacetate or acetyl acetone, respectively. In the second route, derivatives of pyrazole (8) pyrazolin-5-one (9), (10) were prepared by the reaction of the salt (1) with some active methylene compounds to give the corresponding hydrazones derivatives (5-7) which then they were treated with hydrazine hydrate. The third route afforded the synthesis of three derivatives (12), (15a), (15b) of thiazolidinone by two different methods. AII compounds were confirmed b
... Show MoreAluminum oxide (ALO) was grafted by acrylic acid monomer (AlO-AM) and then, it was polymerized to produce alumina grafted poly(acrylic acid) (AlO-AP). The prepared AlO-AM and AlO-AP were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared, differential scanning calorimetry , thermogravemetric analyzer and particle size distribution. Adsorption equilibrium isotherms, adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic studies of the batch adsorption process were used to examine the fundamental adsorption properties of phenol (P) and p-chlorophenol (PCP). The experimental equilibrium adsorption data were analyzed by three widely used two-parameters Langmuir, Freundlich and DubininRadushkevich isotherms. The maximum P and PCP adsorption capacities based on t

Show MoreThe research includes the synthesis and identification of the mixed ligands complexes of M 2 Ions in general composition ,[M(Leu) 2 (SMX)] Where L leucine (C 6 H 13 NO 2 )symbolized (LeuH) as a primary ligand and Sulfamethoxazole C 10 H 11 N 3 O 3 S) symbolized (SMX)) as a secondary ligand . The ligands and the metal chlorides were brought in to reaction at room temperature in(v/v) ethanol /water as solvent containing NaOH. The reaction required the following [(metal: 2(Na Leu --): (SMX )] molar ratios with M(II) ions, Were M ( Mn ( II),Co (II),Ni(II),Cu( II),Zn (II),Cd(II)and Hg( The UV Vis and magnetic moment data revealed an octahedral geometry around M(II), The conductivity data show a non electrolytic nature of the complexes . ... Show MoreTill now, isatin derivatives have received a lot of interest in organic and medicinal chemistry due to their significant biological and pharmacological activities. Schiff’s and Mannich bases of isatins are an effective group of heterocyclic derivatives that play a significant role in medicinal chemistry as antimicrobial agents. In light of these facts, new Schiff bases and Mannich bases of isatin were synthesized. The monomer Mannich bases; 3(a-e) have been synthesized by reacting isatin with different secondary amines, piperidine, morpholine, and pyrrolidine, dimethylamine, diphenylamine, separately, and formaldehyde, while the dimer (5) formed by using piperazine and formaldehyde which then react separately with Phenylhydrazine
