Ecological Taxation and its role in achieving sustainable development in Algeria

This study aimed to clarify the importance of ecological taxation in achieving sustainable development, by analyzing a set of economic measures such as taxes, taxes levied by the legislation in the field of ecology, to fight against pollution.       And we tried to evaluate this initiative in Algeria. The results of the study showed that economic measures of ecological taxation contribute to achieving sustainable development, and Although Algeria has adopted a series of ecological tax mechanisms, it is far from keeping pace with developments in this area.

Neonatal Mortality in Two Tertiary Pediatric Hospitals in Baghdad (2012-2016)

number of neonatal mortality rate (NMR). This study was conducted to clarify the relationship between conflict and neonatal mortality in Baghdad, Iraq.
Objective: Throw a light on the impact of conflicts on neonatal mortality in Iraq.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out in two hospitals in Baghdad that were chosen randomly. All deceased newborns in neonatal intensive care units from January 2012 to December 2016 in the mentioned hospitals were included in this study.
Results: The admissions were increased during the period of the study by 1.3 times. There was a decrease in admission by 0.9 in 2016 than 2015. There was an increase in NMR during the period of the study by 1.4 times, from 60/1000 in 2012 to 85/1000

Role of Omeprazole in Enhancement of Antibiotic Resistance in E. coli

E. coli was isolated, and it was Gram-negative rod bacteria that was colony circular, regular edged, thick somewhat glitter and  viscous(less). It was lactose fermenter bacteria and belongs the family of Enterobacteriaceae. E. coli showed sensitivity to all used antibiotics except Erythromycin (E), Cloxacellin (CX), Rifampin (RA), Cephalothin (KF), Ampicillin (AM), and Penicillin (P).
