The aim of the research is the knowing of the academic Scientific Journals of the colleges of University of Baghdad , through searching in the University of Baghdad website and the websites of colleges and thus studying the presentation of these journals in those website , and this is done by surfing the main pages of the websites for the colleges included in the research , and by analyzing the research made a menu for all the academic Scientific Journals for all institutes of the University of Baghdad , which simplifies the way for the researchers to publish these researches in the specific journals for their specialties .

Purpose: The research aims to study the measurement of the performance of accounting units level of the research sample by using the Federal quality Model European (EFQM)   Design/methodology/approach: the (EFQM) which included seven dimensions "Leadership, Strategic Planning, External Focus, Information and Analysis, Faculty / Staff and Workplace Focus, Process Effectiveness & Outcomes and Achievements" And its effect on the Control Environment, which includes three dimensions: "Integrity, management philosophy and commitment to powers" . the sample is supervisory units of colleges affiliated with the University of Baghdad in Iraq, and a sample was chosen that included fifty-one individuals in the accounting departments.

The research topic (The Impact of the Compulsory Reserve on the Banks Credit-an applied  research on    a sample of Iraqi banks), was chosen on basis of the Iraqi  private Banks attempts to increase their credit activities in hope to gain more profits.This coincided with  the CBI aim to back the private banking market.It is thus apparent why the CBI issued its regulation to those banks to increase their capitals up  to IDB250. Abstract: Objectives: To investigate the effect of temperature elevation on the bonding strength of resin cement to the zirconia ceramic using fractional CO2 laser. Background: Fractional CO2 laser is an effective surface treatment of zirconia ceramic, as it increases the bonding strength of zirconia to resin cement.
