This current research aims to reveal the difference between the levels of teaching expertise of physics teachers according to the years of service by answering the following question: does the educational skill level of physics teachers work according to the service? Show MoreThe main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

This study dealt with the presentation and documentation of the Iraqi women's participations in athletics in the Arab sports courses since the establishment of the Federation of Athletics in 1948 to 2017 as well as analysis of the results achieved for these participations and discuss the reasons for not participating in some of these courses and the researchers try to show the distinct role of Iraqi athletes, And their active contribution to these courses to represent the country as well as to promote the sports reality of Iraqi women compared to their Arab sisters, whose names have become a symbol of every Arab woman and therefore benefit from the experience of the Arab teams In athletics for women.
The present study investigates the notion of untranslatability where the concept of equivalence is reconsidered since the misconceptions, related to the said concept, inevitably lead to the emergence of untranslatability. In this paper, a subspace identification method for bilinear systems is used . Wherein a " three-block " and " four-block " subspace algorithms are used. In this algorithms the input signal to the system does not have to be white . Simulation of these algorithms shows that the " four-block " gives fast convergence and the dimensions of the matrices involved are significantly smaller so that the computational complexity is lower as a comparison with " three-block " algorithm .
