Some nonlinear differential equations with fractional order are evaluated using a novel approach, the Sumudu and Adomian Decomposition Technique (STADM). To get the results of the given model, the Sumudu transformation and iterative technique are employed. The suggested method has an advantage over alternative strategies in that it does not require additional resources or calculations. This approach works well, is easy to use, and yields good results. In this research velocity of moving airplane from its recorded digital sound is introduced. The data of sound file is sliced into several frames using overlapping partitions. Then the array of each frame is transformed from time domain to frequency domain using Fourier Transform (FT). To determine the characteristic frequency of the sound, a moving window mechanics is used, the size of that window is made linearly proportional with the value of the tracked frequency. In this paper we use the Markov Switching model to investigate the link between the level of Iraqi inflation and its uncertainty; forth period 1980-2010 we measure inflation uncertainty as the variance of unanticipated  inflation.
