The present research focuses on the study of the effect of mass transfer resistance on the rate of heat transfer in pool boiling. The nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficients for binary mixtures (ethanol-n-butanol, acetone-n-butanol, acetone-ethanol, hexane-benzene, hexane-heptane, and methanol-water) were measured at different concentrations of the more volatile components. The aim of present investigation was Litilizing cow, sheep and chicken bones that included both hollow and flat to produce fat. The extraction rat was increased propotionally with rising temperature and extraction time for both cow and sheep bones. The lowest extraction rat form hollow and flat bones for cow and sheep was 12.66, 6.55, 6.93 and 7% respectively at 60°C for 3 hours. The highest extraction rat for hollow cow bones was 21.90% at 90°C for 5 houers, values for flat cow bones, hollow and flat sheep bones was 15.04, 16.4 and 12.8% respectively at 100°C for 5 hours. This experiment presented essential oils by GC/MS, pigment content, and their antioxidant activities as well as sensory evaluation of delight samples. Limonene (66.88%) was the most prevalent yield. The peels of clementine had DPPH and ABT Scavenging activity. All levels of pigment extract had better scores for all sensory values and recorded acceptable scores in terms of appearance, color, aroma, and overall acceptability compared to control delight. Besides, delight samples containing 15 mg astaxanthin pigment extract showed maximum sensory scores compared to other samples and control delight. two states of multi-state k/n:G systems. The first part, we present the definition that
introduced by Al-Neweihi et al [1], where the values are the same with respect
to all system states and we show that there exists an alternative equivalent definition
to Al-Neweihi's definition. In the second part of this paper we give more general
definition proposed by Huang et al [2], where it allows different values with
respect to different system states and we provide there exists an equivalent definition
to Huang's definition when the values are increasing.
