The outcrop sections of Ora Formation (late Devonian-Early Carboniferous) in the Nazdor and Ora localities at the Northern Thrust Zone of Iraq were selected for this study. Lithologically the Ora Formation composed of clastic and carbonate rocks. The lower part in the Nazdor section cosists of crossbedded quartz arenite sandstone interbedded with successive laminated siltstone and shale. The study aimed to identify Trichoderma harzianum isolates morphologically and by using PCR teqnique and evaluate the antifungal activity of T. harzianum CA-07  crude extract against Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Microsporium canis from patients with dermatophytosis. T.harzianum isolates were collected from the soil of Baghdad University gardens and they were identified depending of morphological features on plate and microscopic examination. the infection of different intestinal parasites (pathogenic and non-pathogenic).
The infection rate was higher among males 15.7% than females 6%, these rates were
increased when concentration method was employed up to 54.8% for males and 8.7% for
females significantly.
Most infected orphans were found to harbor single parasite followed by double, triple
parasites.
The highest rate of infection was found among young age group (1-5) years old, while
the older age groups got lowest rates.
Of helminthes, the commonest parasite was Hymenolepis nana 5.7% and of protozoa, the
