The present results have shown their good agreement with experimental data in addition to the determination of the spin/parity of new energy levels are not assigned experimentally as the levels 0+2 and 5+1 and the levels 3"1 and 5-1 . Background: Parvovirus B19 is a human pathogenic virus associated with a wide range of clinical conditions. During pregnancy congenital infection with parvovirus B19 can be associated with poor outcome, including miscarriage, fetal anemia and non-immune hydrops.

This work will consist of studying deformation parameters  which is deduced from the "Reduced Electric Transition Probability" which is in its turn dependent on the first Excited State .
