Leucocytes Migration Inhibition test in agarose was carried against PPD and Mycobacterium tuberculosisantigen . The proportion of different Kinds of migrating leucocytes was calculated and expressed as a function of the migration distance .            Application of this test to clinical problem revealed that with PPD as antigen , a highly significant inhibition was obtained in PPD skin test – positive  normal  individual , as well as, a high significant inhibition was recorded in individuals recovered from tuberculosis .            These results demonstrated the suitability of this test for routine

In the beta decay process, a neutron converts into a proton, or vice versa, so the atom in this process changes to a more stable isobar. Bethe-Weizsäcker used a quasi-experimental formula in the present study to find the most stable isobar for isobaric groups of mass nuclides (A=165-175). In a group of isobars, there are two methods of calculating the most stable isobar. Recent reports provided evidence that epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and some matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) contribute to the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. This study investigated the expression pattern of some EMT markers (E-cadherin and Vimentin) and some MMPs (MMP-2 and MMP-9) in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Fifty five paraffin embedded biopsies were included in this study.
