This is the story of a 58-year-old man who arrived at the emergency department with acute flank pain and fever. The prediction of fatigue lifetimes based on the two classical methods, Corton-Dalon (CD)andCorton-Dalon-Marsh (CDM), are uneconomic and non-conservative respectively.
