Sharif Mohieddin Haider worked on composing of musical compositions for the Oud different from the traditional forms known as (Peşrev, Sama'i, Longa… etc.), but they are not clear in building their musical form. This study tackles this issue by revealing the structure of the building of the musical form of these Musical compositions.

        The importance of this research lies in that it provides an academic scientific study on the important subject of Musical composition forms and the way of constructing them. It helps players and students in the study of Arab music, if they want to write according to their musical form.

Objective: To establish growth curve for a sample of infertile women and to assess Body Mass Index.
Methodology: Non-probability (purposive sample) of (100) infertile women, who visit Kamal Al-Samaraee
Hospital/ fertility and IVF center . The data are collected through the use of constructed questionnaire, which
consists of two parts. Part 1: consists of (5) items about demographic characteristics, part 2: consists of (4) items
about reproductive status, descriptive statistical analysis procedures (frequency, percentage, Contingency

The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The present study has examined the spatiotemporal varieties of the demographics of the Shatt Al-Arab River fishes and their relation to some ecological components.
