هدف الدراسة معرفة التأثير السمي التراكمي للأعلاف الملوثة بالحنطة المتفحمة على أفراخ فروج اللحم .اجري هذا البحث في مختبرات الصحة الحيوانية التابعة لوزارة العلوم والتكنولوجيا استعمل 78 فرخاً لهذه التجربة قسمت إلى ستة مجاميع ربيت في أقفاص خاصة أعدت لهذا الغرض. تم تغذيتها يوميا على أعلاف ملوثة حسب برامج التغذية المتبعة , تمثلت المجموعة الأولى بمجموعة السيطرة والتي غذيت على عليقه تحوي الحنطة

Stimulative effect of 10 mW He-Ne laser on the phagocytic activity of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes( PMNs) has been studied in vitro. Normal polymorphonuclear leucocytes were isolated from the human peripheral blood. A mixture of 0.25 ml of Hanks solution, 0.25 ml of serum, 0.25 ml of Candida albicans suspension and 0.25 ml of PMNs suspension was prepared. The samples of mixture of PMNs and Candida were subdivided in 1 ml ependrof tubes and irradiated to He-Ne laser for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 min. The diameter of the irradiated area was 0.8 cm. An experimental study was conducted to evaluate the effect of AL-coholic extract alkaloid of Cordia myxa leafs in fourth larval stage of lesser grain borer Rhyzopertha dominica. Using alkaline extracts of 8%, the study has been shown clear effect increased in mortality rate for fourth larval stage 93.3% and degressed to 66.6% at 4% concentrate to 13.3% with control treatment .Ahigher percentage of pupal mortality 16.6% at 4% concentrate has been observed, while no natural emergence carried out at concentrates of 4.6% comparing with control treatment of 86.66%, at the same time percentage of deformation has been increased to 16.66% at 4% of extracts and degressed to 6.66% at 6% while no deformation have been shown with control treatment .
