The good and homogenous lighting is important in resolution image
and obtaining high contrast in visual image. In this research, three texts have
written on Wight board and they were picturing by digital camera on different
distances between the text and digital camera depends on fluorescent lighting
using Sobol Operator image to obtain edges for three image text image. The
mean (statistical and diagonal) contrast has been determined to the text image in edges area. The research notes that the mean (statistical and diagonal) contrast of text images decreases with increases the distance
between the camera and the board.

The current research is a spectroscopic study of Coumarin 334 dissolved in methanol. The range of concentrations of the prepared stock solution was (3.39x10^-9 to 2.03x10^-8) M. The current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.
