The study seeks to analyze the perceptions of audience in UAE towards the performance of Emirates Satellite TV Channels. It analyzed the exposure motivations of audience to satellite TV channels, its positive and negative aspects and to what extent they abide by media ethics. A survey is conducted with a sample of four hundred. The study shows significant differences between male and female towards the characteristics of TV channels, its positive and negative aspects and its commitments to media ethics.

In current study a computation fluid dynamic (CFD) technique was used to investigate the effect of groynes shape and spacing on the scour pattern and the maximum scour depth in open channel flow. In this paper, we establish the conditions of the occurrence of the local bifurcations, such as saddle node, transcritical and pitchfork, of all equilibrium points of an eco-epidemiological model consisting of a prey-predator model with SI (susceptible-infected) epidemic diseases in prey population only and a refuge-stage structure in the predators. It is observed that there is a transcritical bifurcation near the axial and free predator equilibrium points, near disease-free equilibrium point is a saddle-node bifurcation and near positive (coexistence) equilibrium point is a saddle-node bifurcation, a transcritical bifurcation and a pitchfork bifurcation.     Lipase was extracted by Sodium acetate buffer (pH=6; 0.05M) Containing 0.1M NaCl. Enzyme content of crude extract was concentrated by gradual addition of ammonium sulfate at 30-60% saturation. The dialyzed extract was purified on ion-exchange chromatography through DEAE–Cellulose and gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. The specific activity, enzyme yield and fold purification were 54.06 unit/mg, 42.6% and 10.88 respectively. The molecular weight of the Lipase was 43.651 KDa as determined by gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. Partial purified lipase used for the improvement of the flavor of butter fat after 12 hours for storage.
