There is various human biometrics used nowadays, one of the most important of these biometrics is the face. Many techniques have been suggested for face recognition, but they still face a variety of challenges for recognizing faces in images captured in the uncontrolled environment, and for real-life applications. Some of these challenges are pose variation, occlusion, facial expression, illumination, bad lighting, and image quality. New techniques are updating continuously. In this paper, the singular value decomposition is used to extract the features matrix for face recognition and classification. The input color image is converted into a grayscale image and then transformed into a local ternary pattern before splitting the image into the main sixteen blocks. Each block of these sixteen blocks is divided into more to thirty sub-blocks. For each sub-block, the SVD transformation is applied, and the norm of the diagonal matrix is calculated, which is used to create the 16x30 feature matrix. The sub-blocks of two images, (thirty elements in the main block) are compared with others using the Euclidean distance. The minimum value for each main block is selected to be one feature input to the neural network. Classification is implemented by a backpropagation neural network, where a 16-feature matrix is used as input to the neural network. The performance of the current proposal was up to 97% when using the FEI (Brazilian) database. Moreover, the performance of this study is promised when compared with recent state-of-the-art approaches and it solves some of the challenges such as illumination and facial expression.
The sale of facial features is a new modern contractual development that resulted from the fast transformations in technology, leading to legal, and ethical obligations. As the need rises for human faces to be used in robots, especially in relation to industries that necessitate direct human interaction, like hospitality and retail, the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated hyper realistic facial images poses legal and cybersecurity challenges. This paper examines the legal terrain that has developed in the sale of real and AI generated human facial features, and specifically the risks of identity fraud, data misuse and privacy violations. Deep learning (DL) algorithms are analyzed for their ability to detect AI genera

In the present study, composites were prepared by Hand lay-up molding. The composites constituents were epoxy resin as a matrix, 6% volume fractions of glass fibers (G.F) as reinforcement and 3%, 6% volume fractions of preparation natural material (Rice Husk Ash, Carrot Powder, and Sawdust) as filler. Studied the erosion wear behavior and coating by natural wastes (Rice Husk Ash) with epoxy resin after erosion. The results showed the non – reinforced epoxy have lower resistance erosion than natural based material composites and the specimen (Epoxy+6%glass fiber+6%RHA) has higher resistance erosion than composites reinforced with carrot powder and sawdust at 30cm , angle 60

Tests are separately conducted in two sections, open type wind tunnels at the Reynolds number of 3.3x105 for measurement at angle of attack (0, 3, 6, 9 &12) deg. and 3x104 for the visualization at angle of attack (12) deg. based on the airfoil chord. Results indicated that the excitation frequency and the excitation location are the key parameters to alter the flow properties and thus to improve the aerodynamic performance. The most effective excitation frequency

The great challenge that will face the management in the developed and developing countries at the same time as core issue is represented in the question of the labor productivity in the field of in the Training Of human which is believed that it will prevail upon the jobs of their organization for many coming decades in in next years. Farther more, it will limit the construction of the communities and the quality of this life. Therefore, the priority of the economics of those countries will be headed toward increasing this productivity and giving it tried finally to control economically and managerially. In the light of information era, every organization should become knowledgeable enterprise. And for this reason, the achievement of su

The electrocardiogram is an important tool for the clinician in that it changes characteristically in a number of pathological conditions. Many illnesses can be detected by this measurement. By simulating the electrical activity of the heart one obtains a quantitative relationship between the electrocardiogram and different anomalies.
Because of the inhomogeneous fibrous structure of the heart and the irregular geometries of the body, finite element method is used for studying the electrical properties of the heart.
