The "Corona" pandemic that strikes the world has cast a shadow over contractual obligations, whether between individuals or companies, and emergency accidents and force majeure circumstances have a direct impact on them. Here, the legislation intervenes and sets the legal mechanisms to restore the obligations to their equal status and achieve the economic balance of the contract. Health crises are among the material facts whose effects are reflected and their features can be monitored on legal relations in general and contractual relations in particular, including the extent of the impact that this pandemic can have on the obligations that arise within the framework of a contractual relationship, which can be talked about in my theory Force

The study aims at knowing the relationship between retirement problems and psychological flexibility, besides identifying the difference of retirement problems and psychological flexibility due to the wok place variable and sex variable.

The study sample consists of 250 registered retirees in both associations of the government and the UNRWA. The researcher had prepared and used a retirement problems scale and  a psychological flexibility scale. The study findings show the following:

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between two most common diseases in Iraqis patients , which are Diabetic mellitus (DM) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); seeking rheumatoid factor in hyperglycemic sera. The results revealed that ; 62.5% of hyperglycemic (HG) patients had positive rheumatoid factor (RF) . No difference in number between both gender of HG patients (20 males and 20 females ) , RF reaction was nearly similar in males and females of HG patients ( 12 &13 respectively ) . Only 40% out of patient controls had positive RF . None of the apparently healthy subjects had positive RF .
