The "magnetron sputtering plasma" is produced using "radio frequency (RF)" power supply and Argon gas. This research aims to choose the appropriate  probability ‎ distribution  ‎‏‎ to the reliability‎        analysis‎ for  an   item through ‎ collected data for operating and stoppage  time of  the case  study.
