Three beach soils in Lagos, Nigeria were screened for the presence of antibiotic producing fungi against 8 test pathogenic bacteria & fungi. The physiochemical parameters of the soils were determined following standard procedures. Soil plate dilution method was employed for isolation of marine fungi and they were identified based on cultural and microscopic characteristics. In this study, some physical and mechanical properties of soil samples collected from the campus site of College of Science, University of Diyalahave been evaluated. All laboratory tests were performed according to the standards of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). The test results showed that the range of soil water content wwas (13.89%-16.34%) with an average of 15.44%. The specific gravity range was (2.58-2.77) with an average of 2.66. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers.
