The Planning and Resource Development Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Health is very interested in improving medical care, health education, and village training programs. Accordingly, and through the available capabilities of the ministry, itdesires to allocate seven health centers to four villages in Baghdad, Iraq therefore the ministry needs to determine the number of health centers allocated to each of these villages which achieves the greatest degree of the overall effectiveness of the seven health centers in a fuzzy environment. The objective of this study is to use a fuzzy dynamic programming(DP) method to determine the optimal allocation of these centers, which allows the greatest overall effectiveness of these health centers to be achieved, which is the expected increase in the average life years in the village population in a fuzzy environment. The results of this studyareproved after a real-life problem was solved that the proposed method is an effective mathematical model for making a series of related decisions, and it provides us with a systematic procedure to determine the optimal combination of decisions.
Fuzzy orbit topological space is a new structure very recently given by [1]. This new space is based on the notion of open fuzzy orbit sets. The aim of this paper is to provide applications of open fuzzy orbit sets. We introduce the notions of fuzzy orbit irresolute mappings and fuzzy orbit open (resp. irresolute open) mappings and studied some of their properties. .
Within that research, we introduce fibrewise fuzzy types of the most important separation axioms in ordinary fuzz topology, namely fibrewise fuzzy (T 0 spaces, T 1 spaces, R 0 spaces, Hausdorff spaces, functionally Hausdorff spaces, regular spaces, completely regular spaces, normal spaces, and normal spaces). Results Revealed that Candida spp. were the causal agent of 38.5% of symptomatic cases the yeasts Candidaalbicans, C.glabrata, C.tropicalis, C.parapsilosis and C.krusei were isolated with the percentage of 38.1, 9.1, 3.9, 2.6, 1.3 respectively also there were 18% of women in control group carrying Candida spp. The direct smear method were not efficient because the percentage of infection was 17.5% comparing with the culture method the sensitivity of direct smear method was 45.5% The percentage of WBC to Epithelial cells was less than one in 76.6% of women.
